Thank you for visiting and shopping at Elate Chocolates & Dates. The Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Processing Time
We do our best to dispatch all orders within 24 hours ( Working days).
We process orders by the order received. Large orders might take slightly longer to prepare. If you require your order to be dispatch quicker please contact us, we might able to do so.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Standard Delivery
Deliveries made Monday to Friday. Standard delivery takes 24 hour as advertised by Royal Mail. Please note, courier might sometimes experience delays and Elate are not liable for such delays. If you have any issues, please contact us and we will try our best to help you resolve your delivery issues.
Second Class Delivery
Second Class delivery take 2-3 days to be delivered to you. During busy season it might take up to 5 days. Second Class service doesn’t provide efficient tracking. We can only provide a proof of dispatch. We will not be responsible for any lost or delayed parcels.
Next working Day delivery
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by Next Working Day. Deliveries are Made Monday to Friday.
Orders must be placed by (12pm) for next day delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed on Friday before (12pm) will be dispatched same day but will be delivered Next Working Day.
Orders placed on Friday after (12pm) will be dispatched on the following Monday. Orders placed on the weekends will be dispatched on Monday.
Large orders for occasions or Gift Tray
Deliveries for special occasions or gift tray can be arranged within City of London Only.
Pick up arrangements also available for large orders.
Damages
Elate Chocolate & Dates is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the UK.
